life, this is the course for you. learn how to develop and maintain
a daily practice using proven, universal techniques for relaxing the
body, calming restless thoughts, concentrating the mind (the Hong
Sau technique of meditation), opening the heart, and expanding inner
awareness. Presented by Sabrina Tusing, CMT. This is Step I for those interested in the Path of Kriya Yoga.
