This three week series introduces the participant to the practice of Ananda Yoga and meditation. Practice and theory will be combined as each class brings students into a deeper understanding and personal experience of the benefits of yoga postures and meditation. Suitable for those with little or no experience but also an opportunity for those with experience to get back to basics. Offered monthly.
About the Instructors
Laurie Chadwick, CMT, RYT 500 brings a serenity and joyful enthusiasm to her practice of yoga that can be felt by her students. She gently assists every student in their own unique experience and shares her depth of understanding with humor and grace. Laurie has been the Director of Yoga and the Yoga Teacher Training Program at Ananda Portland for years. We are very pleased to offer this opportunity to beginning yoga students.
