By doing yoga asanas, or postures, as a daily practice you can create an environment of peace in your body. Ananda Yoga is based on the ancient teachings of yoga as a method for expansion of consciousness and union with the One Source of all that is.
You Can Experience Tranquility in Your Life!
These yoga classes are suitable for beginners as well as those experienced in practicing yoga postures. Affirmations accompany each pose and help to focus attention on the consciousness and energy being manifested as the body relaxes into the posture.
Our instructors apply modifications for all body types and abilities, enabling everyone to have an experience that is beneficial and without stress.
This is a drop-in yoga class. No preregistration required.
First time visitors need to complete an information sheet; it is helpful to come 15-minutes before class starts.
Yoga blankets and props are available for students, but you are encouraged to bring your own gear.
