Living Consciously as We Age

Conscious living is not something to leave to the last minute of your life. It comes with a deep commitment to the practice of conscious living. Part of this is living the teachings of your Spiritual Path.

As Kriya Yogis, we do our sacred practices daily. We try to live in the moment, with clear sight. Monitoring our storyline, reactivity and judgments: all the things we do that keep us anchored to this planet in delusion.

And in the meantime: if you want to find happiness, and share happiness, we can help each other with that. Join us at the temple monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. Let’s focus on Swami’s 12 Precepts of Evening Hospice, and find our way home!
