Living and Aging with Consciousness

This course is an overview of living the life of Kriya yoga as it pertains to the second half of our lives. This is the most exiting part by the way! Preparing for the unknown with known techniques to guide our way.

We will look at the practical steps of making our wishes know to our loved ones around how you want to be treated at the time of death. Then we will step back and look at what it means to live the last half of our life? what are our goals, unfinished business, what is our legacy for family, friends, and community?
