The primary goal of Ananda Yoga, developed by Swami Kriyananda, is to increase our awareness and to raise our consciousness. Ananda Yoga brings the science of hath a yoga, or yoga postures, back to it’s original purpose: transcending the limitations of the physical body in order to enter into higher awareness as it brings the body, mind and spirit into mutual harmony.
Our classes are suitable for beginners as well as those experienced in yoga postures. Classes include postures, deep relaxation and guided meditation. All teachers are certified by the Yoga Alliance.
