Melissa Heart has been teaching Ananda Yoga since 2012. She’s RYT-200 certified with Yoga Alliance. She’s been with Ananda Portland since 2007 and has served in many capacities at the Temple. Currently she works at the Living Wisdom School as the Primary Teacher.
Teaching yoga has always been a joy and it has transformed my life. It has always given me more energy and a calm acceptance of what is in front of me. I love that everyone can do yoga!
