It’s Time to Learn to Meditate
You can experience the benefits of meditation in your life—inner peace, health, and spiritual awakening. Ananda is one of the oldest and largest centers for meditation classes and training. Thousands of people from every walk of life have learned to meditate in Ananda meditation classes over the past forty plus years.
Or maybe you already have a meditation practice? Maybe you would like to just energize it? This meditation series is also a great way to reignite your meditation practice.
A new Learn to Meditate series is offered every month; a meditation workshop is also offered every month. There are no meditation classes in December.
Through some easy-to-learn techniques and tips, you will create a meditation practice that will help you to achieve lasting calmness, a strong center, energized and focused concentration, solution-consciousness and increased self-confidence.
The series generally comprises 3 classes. Each class includes instruction and practice of the techniques, along with opportunities for questions and discussion.
*Please let us know if you are unable to attend all classes. The content of each class builds on the previous and participation in the complete series is important.
Our instructors: Ananda Meditation teachers are certified and experienced in the techniques of kriya yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. Each instructor has a personal practice of meditation and many years of experience in the teachings of yoga and sharing these teachings with others.
