The Learn to Meditate workshop is a short but intensive 3-hour immersion into some easy-to-learn techniques. It will help you establish a daily practice, providing you with increased calmness, greater focus and energy, and a solution-conscious approach to life.
Our instructors are certified and experienced in the techniques of kriya yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. Each instructor has a personal practice of meditation and many years of experience in sharing these teachings with others.
