 —and how to prepare thoughtfully for the choices ahead.  \n\nElaine Law
 rence is a Program Specialist with Washington County Disability\, Aging\, 
 and Veteran Services. She provides information\, referrals\, and long-term
  care planning for older adults and people with disabilities. Elaine’s p
 resentation will focus on aging in place\, covering topics such as in-home
  care services\, public programs like Medicaid\, home safety and accessibi
 lity\, financial assistance\, transportation and meal programs\, and how t
 o find and choose long-term care facilities.\nThere will be time for quest
 ions and a free light lunch will be served following the presentation.\n\n
