 e ICA website. \nIndia Cultural Association of Portland (ICA) is a non-pr
 ofit organization dedicated to enhancing Indian cultural awareness in Port
 land\, Oregon. Established in 1980\, ICA brings the entire Indian communit
 y together and provides a venue for people to reconnect with their roots.\
 nIn August of every year\, ICA hosts the popular India Festival in Portlan
 d\, Oregon\, to celebrate India’s Independence Day. The all-day festival
  attracts over 10\,000 visitors from all backgrounds. It never fails to de
 light with a fusion of free live music\, dance\, food\, and entertainment!
