 evitalize your relationships and rejuvenate your heart\, gaining new persp
 ectives and tools to cultivate profound and transformative love in all its
  forms.\n\nTaught by Badri and Gita Matlock\n\n\nBadri and Gita Matlock ar
 e a couple dedicated to living the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and b
 uilding the dynamic spiritual community of Ananda. With 14 years of leader
 ship at Ananda Village\, Badri now serves on Ananda Portland's ministry an
 d community management teams\, sharing yoga\, meditation\, and music to up
 lift others. He finds special joy in family\, adventure\, surfing\, and fr
 iendships. Together with Gita\, their children Tulsi and Jay\, and rescue 
 dog Boon\, they call Ananda Portland home.\nGita\, raised in Ananda Villag
 e\, explores yoga’s applications in relationships\, business\, nature\, 
 and her passion—horses. Combining nonprofit management expertise\, equin
 e assisted learning\, and yogic principles\, she drives meaningful change 
 inside and out. Together\, Badri and Gita share spiritual wisdom and exper
