SUMMARY:Grateful Gatherings with the Senior Sangha
DESCRIPTION:Grateful Gatherings is a global nonprofit organization founded 
 by Br. Rast to empower others to live a meaningful life through living gra
 tefully.\n\nAs a minister for Ananda\, I saw this opportunity for sharing 
 gratitude together in a group as harmonious with the path of Kriya yoga an
 d the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda.\n\n"I will find something each da
 y for which to give thanks\, and thus form the habit of gratitude for all 
 the good gifts the Father has bestowed upon me."  Affirmation from Paramh
 ansa Yogananda \n\n"In observing people I’ve noticed that the capacity 
 to be grateful is a mark of spiritual refinement. I don’t mean the capac
 ity to express gratitude but to feel it.\n\nMany people express gratitude 
 outwardly\, but the real expression of appreciation is not in words but fr
 om within. This kind of inner appreciation\, which is a feeling of love\, 
 is tantamount to attuning yourself to the Divine."  Swami Kriyananda\n\nW
 e start meeting Tuesday October 20th 10 am to 11:30\n\nMeetings will be mo
 nthly\, on the 3rd Tuesday.\n\nEach month we will have a topic to meditate
  on and share in conversation with each other. Our first topic will be : "
 Living Gratefully as a way of life.”\n\nPlease contact me directly if yo
