Today the need is greater than ever to find your path to inner peace, and our Ananda meditation instructors are now offering to help you start or strengthen your own meditation practice through one-on-one coaching.

By applying some easy-to-learn techniques and tips, you will create a meditation practice that will help you to achieve lasting calmness,  a strong center, energized and focused concentration,  solution-consciousness and increased self-confidence.

You will be contacted by your instructor and you can schedule your sessions to be convenient for you. Our usual course is approximately 3 – 4 hours, broken into 3 sessions. But with online training, many schedule arrangements are possible.

Only $25 for three sessions. You can begin your practice with the first class.

Our instructors:  Ananda Meditation teachers are certified and experienced in the techniques of kriya yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. Each instructor has a personal practice of meditation and many years of experience in the teachings of yoga and sharing these teachings with others.
