Go Deeper with Meditation Coaching

After taking our Learn to Meditate online classes, you may feel the need for more coaching to be successful in keeping up your meditation practice. We are happy to extend the basic Learn to Meditate course for a couple more sessions (up to 4 hours) and continue working with whatever areas you feel you need help with.

As with our online One on One Learn to Meditate course, the Meditation Coaching will also be One on One and scheduled with your instructor individually.

Don’t give up the benefits of meditation – we can help get you on track to a regular practice,  or help you get back on track to a practice you may have dropped.
