Each of us has a calm joyful center, deep within. It may get lost in the hectic pace of life, but it is there, waiting patiently for us.
Join our drop-in meditations on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30pm in Inspiration Room at the Ananda Portland temple. Come in and meditate for as long (or as short) as you like. You may enter or leave quietly at any time.
Our group meditations are free, and we offer many opportunities during the typical week to meditate with others. All are welcome! It is always best to check our website or call ahead to check for any schedule changes.
