Ananda Yoga® is uniquely designed to exercise your awareness while you move your body. Affirmations accompany every asana and keep us focused on energy flow and keep our consciousness uplifted.
Ananda Yoga® prepares the body for stillness. A brief meditation will follow the asanas so we have the opportunity to integrate the effect on the body, mind, and spirit.
Ananda Yoga® can be modified for every body. Modifications and chairs and props can be used to accomplish the postures and achieve the same uplifting effect for all students.
