Ananda Yoga for Joy! with Melissa

On Wednesdays @ 5 – 6:30 PM  $15 / $10 Seniors (65 yo +)

A beginners class dedicated to finding your center and feeling the freedom within. 

This class offers a deep and mindful practice dedicated to the flow of energy or Prana in the body. The poses aid the process of  releasing trapped energy coupled with affirmations to keep the mind uplifted. Helping you restore a calm and open heart and an uplifted consciousness.

Healing from Stress and Pain with Pooja

2nd and 4th Saturdays @ 9 – 10:30 AM    $15/ $10 for Seniors (65 yo +)

This is a class for all levels of ability. Included in each class will be:

    • Energization Exercises as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda

    • Ananda Yoga asanas and affirmations

    • Brief meditation

Ananda Yoga and Meditation with Badri

1st and 3rd Saturdays @ 9 – 10:30 AM $15 / $10 for Seniors (65 yo +)

A spiritual yoga practice to awaken energy, joy and peace. A class for all abilities.

Alternating Saturdays with Pooja’s yoga class, join Badri for a special yoga and meditation session. We’ll warm up and practice Ananda Yoga postures for higher awareness and greater energy, as well as deep relaxation and calmness (9-10am). After a brief break Badri will guide an Ananda Meditation practice until 10:30, finishing with prayers of healing light, peace and harmony. Drop in for yoga or meditation only, or both.
