A beginners class dedicated to finding your center and feeling the freedom within. 

This class offers a deep and mindful practice dedicated to the flow of energy or Prana in the body. The poses aid the process of  releasing trapped energy coupled with affirmations to keep the mind uplifted. Helping you restore a calm and open heart and an uplifted consciousness.

Healing from Stress and Pain

Saturdays @ 9 – 10:30 AM ongoing – subject to other events and teacher availability   $15/ $10 for Seniors

This is a class for all levels of ability. Included in each class will be:

  • Energization Exercises as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda
  • Ananda Yoga asanas and affirmations
  • Brief meditation
