Discipleship Class Series: Dec 2, 9, & 16
At the very heart of the spiritual tradition of Ananda and the ancient religion of Sanataan Dharma is the disciple-guru relationship. All those who earnestly seek Self-realization in the tradition of Paramhansa Yogananda and our lineage of kriya masters must ultimately arrive at the doors of discipleship, and that is where the greatest potential for spiritual progress lies.
Join us for a 3-week series of inspirational satsang and meditation diving deep into the practices, teachings and path of discipleship. This series will be co-led by our Ananda Portland spiritual directors Badri and Lorna, lifelong disciples of Paramhansa Yogananda, and open to all sincere spiritual seekers (completion of Art & Science of Raja Yoga Course is recommended).
Weekly class format will include approximately 30-minutes of guided and silent meditation, inspirational teaching and discussion on the path of discipleship. Classes will be held at Ananda Portland temple & teaching center.
$40 for the 3-class series, plus the cost of A Handbook in Discipleship (used or loaner copies are available too)
