Series Overview
This 5‑week program blends Ananda Yoga, yogic philosophy, pranayama, and meditation to help students awaken their inner magnetism. Each session focuses on a specific aspect of personal energy—willpower, concentration, enthusiasm—and teaches students how to direct that energy toward a more joyful, purposeful life.

- Duration: 90 minutes
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (or borrow one at the Temple), and water.
- Cost per class : $15 regular/ Senior $10 (65+) you can get a session pack discount too!
