The Living Wisdom in the Early Years is for children ages 3 to 5 years old. We teach from a holistic perspective. Our small class size and dedicated experienced teachers provide a family-like, small school community, which makes us one of the most unique programs in Oregon.

Shanti Rubenstone, M.D. leads a monthly discussion about the Secrets of Emotional Healing that Swami Kriyananda shared in his book of the same name.

Drop-in Meditation at the Temple
Meditating in a sacred space draws us into inner communion with loving vibrations. Answer the call to go into the silence and meditate with us. Take a break during the week to dive into silence and inner communion. All are welcome, whether you are following this path of Self-Realization or another path of meditation.

Ananda Yoga for Joy
Yoga for Joy is a beginners class dedicated to finding your center and feeling the freedom within. It offers a deep and mindful practice dedicated to the flow of energy or prana in the body. The poses aid the process of releasing trapped energy coupled with affirmations to keep the mind uplifted, helping you restore a calm and open heart and an uplifted consciousness.

Healing Prayer Ministry
Using techniques taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, the Healing Prayer ministry prays weekly on Zoom for those in need. Those who serve in this way need to be deeply connected with the path of Kriya yoga as brought by Yogananda. If you would like to join this ministry, please contact us at prayers@anandaportland.org.
