Nayaswami Hriman will be our guest minister on this Sunday. Hriman is a Spiritual Director of Ananda Washington, and author of “The Once and Future Christ”.
Service includes a fire ceremony and purification ritual, chanting and brief meditation, readings from the Bible and Bhagavad-Gita, affirmations, music, inspiration talks from our ministers, a spiritual ritual called The Festival of Light, and the opportunity for satsang (fellowship with other truth seekers).
Yogananda gave us many tools and techniques to use for our spiritual growth. At Sunday service, we are able to have a small experience of just about all of them. We are also able to be in the vibration of a sacred space with others who are committed to high-mindedness and self-expansion.
