Elaine Lawrence is a Program Specialist with Washington County Disability, Aging, and Veteran Services. She provides information, referrals, and long-term care planning for older adults and people with disabilities. Elaine’s presentation will focus on aging in place, covering topics such as in-home care services, public programs like Medicaid, home safety and accessibility, financial assistance, transportation and meal programs, and how to find and choose long-term care facilities.
There will be time for questions and a free light lunch will be served following the presentation.
