A 5‑Week Series on discovering the inner peace that lies within you.

Discover a sanctuary within yourself through the gentle, heart‑centered practice of Ananda Yoga. This class blends mindful movement, conscious breathing, and deeply relaxing affirmations to help you quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner stillness. Each posture is approached with intention guiding you toward a state of harmony, clarity, and emotional balance.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, spiritual grounding, or simply a moment of calm in a busy day, Ananda Yoga offers a nurturing space to unwind and realign. Leave feeling centered, uplifted, and more at peace with yourself and the world around you.

Each week includes:

  • A theme & intention

  • Ananda Yoga asana

  • Affirmations

  • Pranayama

  • Guided visualization & meditation

  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (or borrow one at the Temple), and water.
  • Cost per class : $15 regular/ Senior $10 (65+) you can get a session pack discount too!
